I have a 06 Honda Pilot my spark plugs keep getting over loaded with too much fuel. I was told it could be a bad fuel pressure regulator. I can't find it it's not on the fuel rail
Plugs do not get overloaded with fuel the induction system runs excessively rich from bad injectors or leaking injector seals a faulty pressure regulator will contribute to the problem by making weak seal leak but I suspect that there is a injector control problem or heated oxygen sensor failure have the fault codes read first as that saves considerable money
Where is fuel pressure regulator located at? I don't see it on fuel rail. Could it be part of fuel pump assembly?Where is fuel pressure regulator located at? I don't see it on fuel rail. Could it be part of fuel pump assembly?
