No. its your clutch safety switch and or throttle switch... pull the wires out from the thump throttle. splice and crimp them together.. take off left panel plastic (follows frame).. unplug the 2 connectors that look like they go to carb. unplug BOTH! and make sure the wires u pulled out of the thump throttle are crimped together.. start it up.. and take off!
Its starving of fule running week, it revs standing still but under load it dieys,, clean out all fule lines and taps jets or what ever,,,,also check air fillter,, and spark plugs,,
