Report "I have a 15 year old Gaggenau EB 868 oven and for some reason after all this time, I cannot set the clock and the oven will not come on. I have set the clock by depressing the two buttons (C&D) but then after about 5 minutes it reverts to 000 and the two lights under the far left and the button beside it (C & D) start to flash and the clock then goes back to 000. I have tried turning off the oven to clear the memory - but this does not work either. Can you help me? I don't want to pay for an expensive call out if it is something I can fix myself!"
