I have a 160 gig ipod for starters. I ran librarian, it took almost three days to scan my ipod. I plug it in. Works fine at first, but than seems to crash. It than goes into the Demo mode. What am I doing Wrong? Also, I have not been successful hooking up the key board that came with the Numark carrying case. Since I have sooo much music, the key board is completely necessary, as it can take forever using the scrolling knob to get from A to Z. Another problem I had was with the flashdrive that comes with the iDJ2. I dont think I was successful loading the updated version. This thing is not as easy to use as I thought. Please help, I have a DJ gig this weekend. From: Michael K

First thing is to make sure your iTunes is upgraded to the latest version (9.0) You can find the latest version at: http://www.apple.com/itunes/
Second thing is make sure you have upgraded to the latest version of software for your iPod Classic 120gig.
Third thing is to try and format your iPod (if you have backed up all your songs purchases onto your computer, then once the format / restore is done, resync all of them. (NOTE: This is up to you depending on how long it takes for your iPod to sync) As for the crash problem, when you plug the iPod into iTunes does it say anything about reporting to Apple for Diagnostics or Errors, anything like that? If so and you've clicked YES, then if you were to email into Apple and tell them about the error/crash, they'd look up your account and the error would display in their console. Hope this helps a bit. Happy Holidays.
