I have a 1972 model 62C. sometimes it is just "dead." Then I will return after a few hours of being plugged in and it will work, yet very slow at first. there is nothing wrong with the outlets in our home. Any suggestions?
Hi, That indicates a motor issue of some sort. Try turning the unit off, unplugging it completely from the wall for 2 minutes, then plug in again. Turn it back on; if it does the exact same thing you have some kind of motor / internal hardware issue. If you still have the problem, it can definitely be fixed, but it's going to need someone to work on it. You can locate someone from the bellow link....
