I have a 1990 70 hp yamaha, engine was running good, stop it at the dock then went to start it again and it would not start. I trouble shoot it to the spark, i have no volts going to the coil's. I have 12 volts on the red wire going to the little black box before the CDI and 0 volts coming out on the green wires. the engine turns over and fuel is good. what could be the problem.
