I have a 1991 nissan king cab and when i turn the key to on, all electronics in the cab work, fan lights radio ect, then i turn it to start and nothing happens, not a click not turning over nothing. already checked the battery connections and they are good and so is the battery. im thinking starter solenoid or starter motor but does anyone know ?

You could be correct, if the starter solenoid is bad and not making contact it will kill the entire electrical system and also not engage the starter motor. I would replace the solenoid. Please rate this answer, thanks.
I have the same exact problem w/ my truck and I replaced the starter battery and alternator it's something with the ignition
