I have a 1995 Saab 900 SE turbo, when going upgrade the acceleration is poor and has no power. I replaced the spark plugs and still doing it. Any help will be appreciated

Try a full tune up--clean throttle body /carb --air filter --fuel filter -pcv--test coils --clean check egr--check the cat-converter possible clog
