I have a 1997 ford f150 that is only running on 6 cylinders. The 2 that are missing are both on the passenger side, on the back 2 holes. Is there any known problems with the 4.6?

Do a compresion test on it. you could have a blowen head gasket between the 2 pistons. or a intake leak vacume leak. spray some carbarator cleaner around intake and hoses to look for a vacume leak.
