To check air bags you need a spray bottle of soapy water. spray the heck out of the air bags and the air lines. you will find your leak. check your level sensors also.

Looks like you have a faulty bumper impact sensor.
This happens a lot to ford based products. Get the new one from the dealer and ask politely where it goes, you'll save some cash that way.
