Report "I have a 1998 plymouth neon expresso 2.0 DOHC. I had the head gasket replaced and they welded a split in the manifold. The car runs wonderful but at times after driving and you pull up to a stop sign there is a loud whooshing sound that sounds like waves going from the front to the back of the vehicle with a slight vibration. No change in the Rpm's or performance when I take off. It's also a 5 speed manual"
