I have a 1998 triumph thunderbird it been setting for two years. I got it up and running good. Went to pull clutch in and drop in first gear it jump and stalled. any idea why the clutch just stop working?

Clutches may be sticking from sitting. put into high gear and push to try and loosen. If not, you may need to open up the clutches and separate them.
