Black smoke means you are running rich
the rough start tells me that your injectors are leaking
they fill up the cylinders making the plugs sooty and the smoke on start-up

get to a garage and have them run a power balance test and fuel pressure leakdown

unless of course you are outside the US and your vehicle has a diesel engine
in that case then you probably have a glow-plug(s) issue

same thing... fuel not being burnt causing the smoke
