I have a 1999 triumph adventurer 900 and did all three cylinder compression test and 1 and 2 are at 125 psi but 3 is at 75-80 psi,whats next? The bike has only 3900 miles on it!
I just got it running but noticed my left pipe was staying cold but my right pipe would get very warm-hot-checked all 3 plugs looked fouled but number 3 looked cleaner so i did the compression test and found 3 was low,rings or valve seats?Do a leak down test ?

Rings, head or valve is the problem. Going to have to tear the motor apart.
