I have a 2002 isuzu rodeo that has no blower for the heat working in any settings. I already replaced the fan motor and am not sure if the resistor is bad. I need to know how to check the resistor and possibly how to remove control module with the switch that controls the fan motor

I am assuming you checked the fuses for the ac /heater first as you mnever said anything about that.. the resistor block and switch removal can be printed out either by the parts store or dealer service..
