Report "I have a 2003 Calif. EV. I left the bike for 2 weeks and found the battery was completely dead. I replaced it and when I turned it on the fuel pump made a different sound. The bike started and I drove it home from the storage unit. I left it sit for about 1 hour and then went to start it up again it turned over but did not start. I think the fuel pump was not operating when I turned on the ignition. Also, when I was driving back to my home (approx. 2 miles), the tachometer was jumping around"
