I have a 2003 chevy silverado 1500 and when I plug my trailer into my truck the likes work perfectly fine during the day but at night or when you turn the headlight on the blinkers flash in an Alternating pattern. I have checked all ground connections and they look fine how can I fix this problem

You looked that ground connections or you cleaned the ground connections? Big difference. Crazy unexplainable electrical issues are almost always caused by poor grounding
