I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan and recently my van hesitates and bucks and stalled while I was pushing on the gas. What could the issue be?
I had the the map sensor changed and the throttle position sensor now my car still does the same thing. And now the van runs better with the map sensor unplugged and the computer still reads map sensor but still bucks and stalls out sometimes.

This generation of Caravans had a problem with the fuel injection wiring harness.
The problem is excessive heating of the harness and the poor quality of the insulation on the individual wires located within the harness. The spot to check is located where the engine FI harness plugs into the body fi harness just behind and below the ign. coil.
It is located near the exhaust crossover and once repaired should be relocated.
Examining the harness will not revel the deteriorated wires located within the harness. You must cut open the outer harness covering on the engine side of the connector to see the wires and make the repairs.
Sometime you can re-insulate the individual wires with tape but it's best to replace the engine FI harness and it's not hard to do.
Ebay sells the harness for about 125/150 bucks.
