I have a 2003 Kia optima..beautiful paint job..but the door handles..omg..the paint has come off and looks awful..brings the look of the whole car down..any suggestions?

You can go to a junkyard and find your car and get the door handles. this is a lot cheaper then the dealer, or maybe a auto parts store has replacement handles.
