I have a 2003 lincoln navigator. It shudders when I go from 45-60 mph. It also idles rough in the mornings. The car also sounds like a misfire comes from the exhaust. Is this seperate problems or is it all together? I have been told that my fuel pump is weak so could this be the problem?
