Report "I have a 2004 smart roadster, the fuel pump will start but won't shut down and the engine won't start or crank over. I've been told it has the fault code, c13d8. replace the esp control unit. The esp unit has been pluged into another roadster and the car started no problem, so assuming the faul is with the car, not the sep. All fuses checked and they are all fine, well those on the SAM anyway. Are there other fuses hidden on a roadster? Cheers, Ian"
