I have a 2006 dodge caravan and the trunk door will not open! How do I get it to open again. You can tell that it is sort of popped open a little, but the key will not turn to open it. There is only a button on my key to unlock the doors, and I cannot find any latches of any sort to pull to pop it open. What do I do help, it;s my christmas present to my mum?!?!?
Is there a remotely mounted release by the drivers seat or on the dash? Does the key work in the hatch, is so have someone push n the inside while turning the key
I can't get the key to even turn and I dont think I have any buttons or releases by the drivers side, what would they look like?I can't get the key to even turn and I dont think I have any buttons or releases by the drivers side, what would they look like?
Could be on the dash or lower left dash or on drivers door panel. There should be an emergency release in one of the tool/storage compartments in the rear of the vehicle. Also look in the owners manual. Spray some lube into the lock cylinder to see if you can get the key to turnCould be on the dash or lower left dash or on drivers door panel.
