I have a 2006 ford escape. Ive replaced all 4 of the wheel bearings , put 4 brand new tires on it,put brand new universal joints in it, along with a brand new carrier bearing, and put brand new brake pads, calipers, and rotors all the way around it and changed the gear oil in the rear end. So why is it still humming like i have a bad wheel bearing in the back
Some tires are noisy. Some rear axle HD differentials make noise. Differential bearings may be noisy. When the differential was drained, the oil should have been inspected for metal residuals.
