I have a 2006 kia optima that keeps shutting off on me and gives me codes p0342 p0303 and a random cylinder misfire code I changed spark plugs, wires, and coil packs also the cmp sensor still after a month of driving it it happens again?

To clarify, the code 303 means cylinder is not producing power, which is not the same thing as not having spark.
Code 342 means the signal voltage from the cam sensor is low. If you have a V6 engine, you have two cam sensors. And the problem could be in the wiring or the actual camshaft instead of the sensor. The sensor for both heads would need to be tested to find the problem.
No the cam sensor should not hve oil inside. Code 300 would be a random miss, 303 would be for cylinder 3. To review, you could have a problem with the wiring or the actual cam instead of the cam sensor this time. You would need to get the actual flow chart to go thru the test steps for code 342.
The low fuel issue could cause the code 303 and the miss, but not the code for the cam sensor. You would need to find a shop manual or professoinal repair book for the testing procedure.
