I have a 2014 Escalade ESV with 4,000 miles and the ride is rough!! I have complained from the start and the dealer put new tyres on still the same. I have taken it back 5 times

It could also be the wrong shocks on it. I would suggest going to the dealership and driving a different one of the same model. If it's different feel than your's, have the dealer drive both and explain why.
