I have a 2500 craftsman power washer with a Briggs and Stratton engine. I used it about a month ago and it worked fine. Took it out yesterday and I could not pull the rope to get it started. I took out the spark plug to release the compression but I still could not pull the rope out it is locked any advice

It sounds like the pump is seized. Make sure any pressure has been released by pulling the trigger on the gun. Sometimes this will allow you pull the cord. If the pump is seized, a new pump would be in order.
