I have a 250GT Skyline...trouble is the engline light comes on sometimes and the accelerator pedal becomes unresponsive untill i switch it off and back on again, what could be the problem?

I have the same problem. my car are smoking to much. I' m from mozabique. can somebody tell me where I can find another throttle? my mechanic told me that its broken or its out of functionally.
