I have a 3 month old LiftMaster garage door opener. About 2 weeks ago, all remotes; (2) cars, keypad, and opener that came with the unit sometimes work and sometimes don't. I reprogrammed one of the cars and that did not help. I tried to reprogram the remote that came witht the opener and it would not reprogram

Did you wipe out the codes in it.. It will only hold 3 or 4 code, not sure which.
See your manual, I think you hold program button down ten seconds to wipe all out. Then reprogram. Of course, should not have happened in first place... May be a board problem.
If this does not work you should follow instructions for warranty service. That might be your best course anyway. warranty it, else it may happen again after warranty expires.
