I have a 38,400 BTU Rinnai. I live in a 2 apt house in VT. My Rinnai is installed in the end of my apartment. So the other end is cool. I have been using an electric heater to keep the other end warmer to supplement the overall heat in the apartment. I keep the Rinnai at 60. Would it be more efficient to crank up the Rinnai to 70 degrees, and and not use the electric heater at all if the warm air from the Rinnai would move to the other end of the apartment? The apartment is 2 story( bedrooms upstairs which I like cooler) and 1200 sq ft- not the best insulated
