Remove cover remove air itake foam air cleaner wash out with soap and dry .remove 4 screws on black cover wash out or replace second filter carefully and reinstall. 2 adjustment screws on the back of heater make sure the one on the right closest to the foam filter does not have a hole in it . if so put some duct tape on and plug heater back in.
