I have a 4 wheel Pride Victory 10 scooter that is approximately 2 years old. Recently when I turn on the scooter (this doesn't happen all the time) and I use the right hand throddle to move, sometimes the battery charger indicator goes all the way to left and the scooter abruptly stops. I can SLOWLY take off...slowly move down an area and nothing may happen. Sometimes I take off faster than it likes and once again it abruptly stops and beaps. I turn off the key...turn it back on and SLOWLY go and it might do this again for the next two times or it may go extremely slow until it "connects" and then it will assume the regular slow speed

This sounds to me like you need a cleaning of all electrical connections that you can get to. I would remove cable from negitive side of the battery first and leave it disconnected until you are finished. Clean both battery cables using a wire brush sand paper or whatever you can to clean. I would also have the battery tested. Some auto parts stores such as auto zone will do this for you for free. You probably will need to have most of this work done by a service tech, as it sounds like the throttle control is going to need work and the only units like yours that I have worked on were not user friendly.Sorry I'm not more help. Thank you
Your words are so true. I have seen several batteries that read good when charging but arn't worth a darn under load. Best of luck to you and thanksYour words are so true. I have seen several batteries that read good when charging but arn't worth a darn under load. Best of luck to you and thanks
