I have a 4 wheel Pride Victory Scooter. I replaced the batteries and It worked great. Now after a few days use It won't go forward but will back up fine. Any help would be appreciated?

Hi, could be a number of things, firstly the throttle pot is worn in the forward direct so try spraying the pot in wd40 etc , gently move the lever in the upwards direction as you push it forward ,does it improve ? .
At worse the controller ..
