I have a 42" Samsung HD Plasma 1080. Started going from picture to vertical lines or columns of different colors as in a rainbow. Hitting source button corrected the problem until lately. Now after the color screen with the Vertical columns the screen goes gray and I can't get it to stop cycling off and on unless I unplug the unit? Can anyone help me with these problems? HELP

Sounds like it may need to be serviced due to component failure which unchecked will get worse, it may be also worth try to reset it back to factory settings in its setup menu this should clear any software issues it may have, but I think its more possible a faulty part or parts which comes down to cost and is it worth it sadly?
