I have a 440QEEand the embroidery attachment is not recognized. When I start EC on PC 2 with my Editor Plus 6 software it says Bernina not responding. Can you help me?

Call your Bernina dealer and see if they will make an appt for you to bring the EM in for a quick look. They may see something you overlooked or they may need to keep it for repair.
