I have a 7" Tesoar tablet and it worked great for a while and now the only thing it will do is turn off and on. When it's on it stays stuck on the white Tesoar screen.. Can I reset somehow? It will not let me enter any type of menu

If a factory reset to default won't work, which it looks like it won't, I think one course of action is to open the back, disconnect the LI-ON battery, (it probably has a small, delicate three pin micro plug, so care is the operative word!), wait about 10 seconds or so, then reconnect it, and see if it then powers up properly.
That is what I did with my T310 when it went into a state of limbo.
Word of caution, opening the back will more than likely invalidate any warranty you have.
