I have a 750 watt Black and Decker inverter that will only start up when turned on but immediately goes to the caution light and does not charge anything. It worked for a short while, only a few minutes, then started doing this. this is the second one of these I have used and both did the same thing..could this be that the battery or generator is not performing up to par?

Or that your drawing too muc power, though 750W is a hefty supply. what are you plugging into it, is it grounded properly, do you have thick enought supply wires?
