I have a 7500 watt guardian rv generator and it is difficult to start if not used on very regular basis. It cranks but will not fire. If I go out and manually fool with the choke it starts. Obviously it is the auto choke but I do not know how to adjust it . The manual simply says adjust and or replace. Thaks Mike

Before starting the genset remove the air filter and check the throttle plate on the carberator, it should be closed. If it is opened, then you choke coil is worn out and needs to be replaced.
