I have a 95 GEO Prizm Lsi That stays running after I have turned the key to the off position and taken the key out of the tumbler. Also when it sits longer then 4 hours the battery needs to be jumped!! to start again

(the ignition wire is hot all the time due to bad igntion switch ,bad wires to same or someone has hacked the wiring )
