I have a 96 eagle talon that decided one day to no longer run. I have replaced the coil, plugs, plug wires, crank sensor, cam sensor and pickup under it, the computer, the knock sensor, oil sending sensor, temp sensor, fuel sensor, and the wiring that connects them all to computer . The only code I get is a low signal from crank sensor to the computer. The last thing I did before it stopped running is put an aftermarket steering wheel and pull the airbag
Check your fuses. It's possible the aftermarket parts have caused an overload. It's also possible your fuel pump has blown. This would prevent fuel from getting to the engine.
Well my suggestion is replace the aftermarket stuff with the original equipment and reattach the airbag. If the car behaves itselfs and starts up and runs, then you know its a problem with the aftermarket equipment. It is also possible that the airbag has a controller chip relay. Some cars have a safety system in place that prevents the car from running if it detects a problem with safety equipment, like airbags.Well my suggestion is replace the aftermarket stuff with the original equipment and reattach the airbag. I tried that too and still nothing but where would the safety controller be cause that's what we believe is wrongI tried that too and still nothing but where would the safety controller be cause that's what we believe is wrong
