I have a 96 ford taurus, I had this problem before, when ever I turn left or right it grinds really loud. I added more power steering fluid and it stopped. Well, now its starting back up again. Do I have a small leak? or what.. its really loud and it makes me super angry

Odds are you have a leak, These are known for leaks at the steering rack, And can be quite expensive to repair
