I have a 97 blazer and it won't start . Gets power but due to short on fuse panel for trans fuse the fuel pump won't turn on I need help figuring out Wht to do. Also I have to hook a wire from number 21 a blank spot on the panel to 24 the trans fuse to even get pump to sometimes work

Check for insulation frayed causing short.right size fuse or electric pump not properly grounded
