I have a 97 Geo Metro won’t start unless you push the gas pedal down a little. But when you take you foot off the pedal it dies. Need a solution to the problem. If had people tell me the idle air control valve out but can’t seem to find the part without it being used

Spray some throttle cleaner into the throttle to clean it out. It will also clean the IAC valve. See if that will help you. You may need to have a scanner hooked up to see what is happening to the fuel system.
