I have a '97 integra GS when i start the car the rpm needle jumps up and down as if it's not getting fuel. i have fuel pressure and i just put in new fuel filter, spark plugs and spark plug wires but no luck..still hesitating on me. any pointers?

Fuel pump may be broken. Usually located underneath the rear seat on most cars i have worked on before
Also your timing belt may be stuffed.
