Make sure you have the right bulbs in and make sure they're incorrectly seated all the way and you might even check the contact points and their pull the bulbs out checking contact points for a build up of Gunk or something or rust. get a test light check all your fuses with a test light just because they look good doesn't mean they are good. that doesn't fix it then you got a dead short somewhere and add break out the schematics in the factory service manual if you can get ahold of a copy of it for free. lot of times you can go to say a Lexus forum page and they will have a link to the PDF file of the factory service manual. and if your car is old enough that it has a 2JZ I would say pull the motor ditch the Lexus and put it in a Chrysler conquest have some real fun LOL
