Check the fuses. Each vehicle has a panel of fuses usually located somewhere under the dash board. If you have the vehicle user manual check the maintenance section. There should be a page showing which fuses protect which lights etc.
The fuses are colour coded and have the fuse size number on them. Pull the fuse out and have a look from the side; the metal wire inside it may be broken. If so replace it. Available at any motor spares outlet. This happened to me the other day.
If not the problem, check bulbs.

Try the flasher can/unit. And fuse
