I have a Alcatel raven LTE GOVERNMENT PHONE AL547BL. I'm trying to enable the call forwarding. And I get a error that's says. Call settings error, network or SIM card error. Any suggestions?

Please try to take out the SIM card and insert again or change the SIM card for the new one.
