Report "I have a aprilaire 1700 dehumidifier. when i turn up the control, the fan starts then a minute later the compressor starts. the cmpressor runs for about 20-30 seconds, then shuts down and so does the fan. i know that both the fan and compressor are operating fine. wondering if the issue is the control or power center? i am a hvac service tech, but do not have much experience with these units. thank you.
