The only way to find out what that temperature is, is with a thermometer. Even ovens with accurate digital read-out are far from accurate, never trust any thermostat when cooking.
The bi-metal coil type thermometers are not as accurate as a mercury/alcohol bulb type. But they will give you a very good indication of temperature.
On that oven 115C should be around the 3; but get a thermometer for everyone was different!
