I have a Bernina 1090 S and on straight stitch it does not stitch straight and on zig zag it is also crooked. I've changed needles, thread, bobbins, cleaned out the entire bobbin case compartment. Please help! Thanks!
What do you mean by crooked? If skipping stitches, you have the wrong needle. Stretch fabrics use a "BALL POINT" needle. Woven fabric uses a "SHARP POINT" needle. They are not interchangeable. Another "under known" issue, if you needle has more than 50 hours of use, it will cause various issues. Don't be afraid to throw away a perfectly good looking needle...good looks aren't always useful!
