I have a bernina artista200 embroidery machine, it was working fine three weeks ago, then today without changing the thread or anything else the error came up saying check hook system
The top thread is wrapping itself round the hook system, I oil the machine regularly and keep it covered to keep dust and dirt out. I have thoroughly cleaned it today and it is still catching the thread and error message coming up.
